Utility Billing 

Overview

Utility Billing Department is responsible for the billing and collecting of water, sewer, garbage, and storm water utility fees for the City of Blue Mound. Utility Billing assists City utility customers with establishing, transferring, or terminating utility services, trash bin replacements or additions, and by responding to billing questions or concerns.

Please make sure to submit a driver license, rental agreement or closing documents, and a working phone number with the completed application. 

Note: A utility deposit is required at the time of service activation. The utility deposit for full service is $150.00

Ways to Pay

If you have issues or inquires about curbside trash pickup or bulk pickup, please contact Public Works at 817-306-4540.

We accept cash, check, money order, and debit/credit card payments.

Payments received after 4pm will be posted the next business day.
