Utility Billing Department is responsible for the billing and collecting of water, sewer, garbage, and storm water utility fees for the City of Blue Mound. Utility Billing assists City utility customers with establishing, transferring, or terminating utility services, trash bin replacements or additions, and by responding to billing questions or concerns.

Note: A utility deposit is required at the time of service activation. The utility deposit for full service is $150.00
